What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship in Jordan, if there are any updates in the future, we will update you.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking ID via the billing email. You can use this tracking ID number to monitor the status of your order. You will find the order tracking in the Shop section at the top of the page.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We only process returns for products in cases where the received order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Minimum [6] hours’ notice of change or cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email and/or mobile phone text message, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to Levy a [5 JOD] charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
